Project "ISTRA"
Realization of the
publishing project "Istra" by OMNIUM
from Porec includes photo-monograph and posters
of Istria.
Photo-monograph "Istra" is a book of
size 33x24 cm, with 160 pages and 140 colours
with a separate protective box. It has been
printed on a high-quality paper. The edition has
5 000 copies. One book costs 100 DM plus
handling.
The author of photography is Marin Topic, master
of photography, and the author of text is Zvonko
Makovic, art historian.Desing of the book is
signed by "Novum" from Porec. The book
has been printed in three language variants:
Croatian-English, Croatian-German and
Croatian-Italian. The texts have been translated
by "Intertekst" from Zagreb.
The posters of Istria have 10 different motifs in
representative size (100x70 cm), showing this
Croatian region in all its richness: its coast
and its inland.
The full set is packedin a special cardboard tube
in the edition of 1000 sets.
The whole project has been realized in the
printing-house Grafiche Antiga, Italy.
