GRADINJE:
The church of All the Saints was built in 1602 on the same spot where a church had been
before. In the church there is the wooden statue of St. Helen which was brought from a
later destroyed church bearing the same name. In the apse, under layers of mortar,
frescoes and Glagolitic graffiti can be seen.

PAZ:
The church of the Assumption of the blessed Virgin Mary at Paz was erected in 1579 and
suffered considerable
construction changes during the period of Baroque. Late Gothic custodia from considerable
construction changes during the period of Baroque. Late Gothic custodia from 1496 with the
surname of the aristocratic family of Walderstein engraved in it and the coat of arms of
the aristocratic family of Barbo were brought from the old church. On the graveyard there
stands the Church of St. Vitus built in 1461.The space behind the altar is ornamented by
very interesting frescoes of master Alberto painted in 1461 . In the church there is a
sarcophagus from 1570.

BELAJ:
In Belaj, the former country house of the aristocratic family of Auersperg, at the end of
the l5th century the chapel of St. Henry was constructed. The
gravestone of Martin Mojsijevic, who was brought from the former Paulist church
at Cepicko jezero. On the altar of the chapel there is a renaissance pala the figure of
St. Henry.

PAZINSKI
NOVAKI: Today's parish church dedicated to St. Ulrich, bishop from Augsburg
was built in the 17th century. The village was mentioned for the first time in 1341
and the parish in 1487. Near the road connecting Cerovlje and Pazin there is a little
Church of St. Rochus. The old part of Novaki was situated on a hill overloooking the
today's settlement. The remainings of a chapel can be found there and from top of the hill
one gets an extremely interesting view of the countryside.
