| Kuća je smještena u novom turističkom dijelu novigrada zvano Šaini. Ima cca 400 m2 raspoloživog prostora, sa lijepom okućnicom. Posjeduje 11 spavaćih soba (kombinirano u sklopu apartmana ili odvojenih soba sa kupaonicom). Kapacitet kuće je 30 kreveta, smještenih u prizemlju, prvom i drugom katu. U sklopu kuće je mali restoran (20 sjedećih mjesta sa kuhinjom i konobom). Velika vrtna terasa sa grilom, privatni parking kao i obradivi vrt sa puno voćki, dio su okoliša kuće. | The position of the house is in new part of Novigrad, called Saini. The squaring of the house is cca 400m2, with beautifull private plot. There are 11 rooms (some of them in appartements and other are separated with their own bathroom). The capacity of the house is 30 beds, located in the ground- floor, first and second floor. There is also a small restaurant in the ground-floor (for 20 persons with the kitchen). Big garden - terrace with grill, private parking, big garden with lot of fruit- trees. | Das Haus ist positzioniert im neuem teil von Novigrad, im Saini. Die quadratur von Haus ist cca 400 m2, mit schone Hofreite. Es gibt 11 Zimmer (einige sind in Appartement und einige für sich mit das Bad ). Die kapazität von Kaus ist 30 Betten. Es gibt das erdgeschoss, erste und zweite stock. es gibt auch ein klein Restaurant in erdgeschoss (platz für 20 Personen, mit Küche und Weinkeller).
