• If you are using Internet Explorer, follow the steps below, drink a glass of refreshing bourbon, and try again.
  
  
  • In Explorer, go to "Tools" > "Internet Options..."
  • Click on the "Security" tab.
  • Make sure "Internet" is highlighted.
  • Click on the "Custom Level..." button.
  • Scroll down to the bottom and verify that under "User Authentication" > "Logon" that "Automatic logon only in Intranet zone" is clicked on. If it isn't, click it on.
  • Click on "OK" to save your security settings. (the window will close)
  • Click on "OK" to save your internet options. (the window will close)
  • Close all your browser windows, restart Explorer then then login again. You should get a password prompt.
