"Tartufo vero - Authentic truffle"
Although the gastronomes haven't agreed quite yet whether to look upon the truffle as food or a mere spice, it has so far become a supreme and unique culinary delicacy. The Istrians tend to prepare it in a simple, traditional manner. Our menu is as follows; scrambled eggs with truffles, various pasta (gnocchi or lasagne) with white sauce dressing enriched with grated truffles, pork chops (or some other meat) with grated truffles.
